What is the tournament format?
The tournament format is a four man scramble. All golfers hit a shot on each hole and best ball is played until the putt is made.
Are team member replacements permitted?
Last minute changes are no problem. Just note that a team cannot win the tournament with less than 4 players on that team. An additional golfer will be added to a threesome and another pair added to a twosome.
What is a typical schedule of events?
A typical schedule of events is as follows:
Registration begins at 9am
Shotgun start at 10:30am
Dinner upon end of round, at about 4:00pm
Where is the tournament held?
The tournament is held at Carrollwood Country Club (address: 13903 Clubhouse Dr Tampa, FL 33618).
When is the tournament held?
The tournament is always held on MLK Day in January.

What are the prizes?
There are a variety of prizes and they are different each year. The tournament prizes are for 1st Place Teams with Low Gross total, and 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place Teams with Low Net Totals (incorporates handicap scores). Silent and Live Auction items are available for purchase/donation. Door Prizes are also offered to almost all golfers and can range from a putter to a bottle of wine (it varies by year).
How can I sponsor a hole?
Hole sponsors are offered to those who contribute $300. Hole sponsors receive signage with their company logo at a designated hole.

How can I become an apparel sponsor?
This is a $10,000 contribution level and you will receive (8) Golfer Spots at the tournament.
